The doc will tell you if uu really need surgery or classes themselves must improve self-esteem, I will also say whether you have real concerns with UR UR and u have body dysmorphic disorder, the underground is a good side, but u think u dont. if uu shud still think, done with the surgery, he will tell you that u can not change, and that U can not, etc. etc.
